 In November 2010 about 3,000 copies were issued with dustjackets having the jacket design printed over a mosaic of Facebook portraits of fans, described as "special fans’ cover featuring photos of over 2000 fans". The jacket alone has a different ISBN – 978-0-857-53056-1.
